I wish to attend SNS Dungeon events.  I understand that these events may involve nudity, sexual activity, sadomasochism and other esoteric practices.  I understand that I am completely free to leave an event at any time and for any reason, but that if I do leave an event then my re-adimission is at the discretion of the Party Director and Club Management. 

I have passed my 21st birthday. 

I have been given a set of the party rules that I may keep, have read them over and understand them.  I agree to abide by them and to comply with other directions as may be given by the Party Director or Club Management while at SNS Dungeon events.  I understand that upon request I may have a blank copy of this waiver and of the party rules for my records. 

I understand and agree that I may be compelled to leave an event, up to and including being ejected and/or arrested, if the Party Director and Club Management, at his sold discretion, concludes that I have violated the party rules or otherwise engaged in unsafe, non-consensual, indiscreet, overly intoxicated or otherwise inappropriate behavior.  I also understand and agree that the Party Director and Club Management may notify others of any perceived misconduct on my part. 

I understand and agree that these events are distinctly risky and unpredictable affairs and I agree to assume all risks involved.  I understand that the risks include, but are not limited to physical injury, emotional trauma, acquiring a sexually transmitted disease and unplanned pregnancy.  I understand that specific hazards can include, but are not limited to equipment failure, electrical blackout, being unintentionally struck with a whip or other device and falling. 

I agree to inform the Party Director and/or Club Management of any physical or emotional condition on my part that might cause me to become in need of first aid.  I consent to and requiest that such aid be given. 

I assume all risks associated with attending Erofire events.  With the excpetion of intentional miscondunct or gross negligence ont he part of those most directly invovled, I agree that nobody associated with hosting or attneding any Erofire event is responsible for or liable for any sort of loss, harm or other damages, including but not limited to medical bills for any injury that I may sustain at the event. 

I agree to resolve any claim for damages, specific performance, or equity by a mediator consented to by both parties (and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) or, if that does not lead to a resonable outcome, to a binding arbirtrator consented to by both parties (and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) rather than in a court of law or equity.

I specifically release from all liability the property owner, property renter, Party Director, his assistants and delegates, Club Management, all others at the event and all others who might be sued in their stead, unless they are directly involved in the manner described above. 

SNS Dungeon does not release a guest's private information to other guests; nor does SNS Dungeon sell guest information. To contact an SNS Dungeon guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at an SNS Dungeon event.

No means no, so if someone tells you no, we ask you to respect this decision. 

Please respect the SNS Dungeon venue at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up, and/or notify staff to help you.

SNS Dungeon has a no-tolerance policy for drugs or prostitution.

No cameras, cell phone cameras or recording devices are permitted for use.

Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.
